DUE TO COVID-19, we cannot guarantee the below lead times.

We aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours, using the quickest UK delivery service available. If your goods do not arrive within 7 working days of placing your order (UK) & 15 working days (Rest of World), please contact us.


"What is the estimated delivery time for my order?"

All of our distribution takes place from the UK.

UK Delivery - ETA 3-5 working days.

Rest of World - ETA 10-15 working days.

If you need it in a rush, or have a specific date you would like it delivered, drop us a message and we'll always do our best to help!

"Do you guys have a contact telephone number?"

Not at the moment! The best way of getting a contact is dropping us an email via our 'Contact' form or jumping on our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram pages and messaging us there. We'll always aim to respond asap.

"How often do you release more designs / products?"

We aim to release new products as often as possible. The popularity of current products will determine how long they stay in our product range.

"What is your returns policy?"

On the unlikely event you need to return a product you have purchased from our store, then it must be returned to us in the same condition as received (unworn and unwashed). Returned items will be assessed on return and refunds will be processed subject to product assessment.

"Do you offer any discounts / rewards for bigger orders?"

We tend to advertise all of our discounts and offers on our Facebook, Twitter & Instagram pages. This could be anything from free delivery, % discounts & free giveaways!

"How do I get in contact about selling your products in my store / shop?"
All wholesale / trade enquiries should be sent via our 'Contact' page. Please include your company name, approx.quantity of products and your business location.

Day Dweller Clothing offer a promoter / collaborator service, which involves Free Amazon Gift Cards / Day Dweller Discount Cards in return for Garment Promotion.

You will be provided an exclusive code and for every £100 spent on your discount code you will receive either a £10 Amazon Voucher via an E-Card sent by email or alternatively a £10 Discount on Our Webstore.

1. Send a request via Direct Mail on Instagram.

2. We will send you a promo code to add to your instagram profile and promote the brand (For example Your code is PROMO123) .

3. This code should be put into your Bio as the following:

'USE MY CODE 'PROMO123' @daydwellerclothing for 10% off. 

4. Once your discount code has been used for goods ordered over the value of £100, we will automatically contact you to get your best contact email and discuss which Voucher option you would prefer. 

Please note, values DO NOT include postage paid and totals will be calculated one month after the last purchase, to allow for any potential returns / refunds. 

Please note, we ignore all requests for free items in return for Social Media posts. We will independently contact directly all models and promoters for these services. We get MANY of these requests so please don't be offended if ignored.
