 "WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?"

Every thing is made to order in our UK production suite. Once complete, orders are sent on a 24 hour Royal Mail tracked service.

UK Delivery: Despatch ETA 3-5 working days.

PLEASE NOTE - everything is made to order. Orders are typically out in 2 working days but please expect up to 5 working delays and in some cases slightly longer for exceptionally busy seasonal periods. 

If you need it in a rush, or have a specific date you would like it delivered, drop us a message and we'll always do our best to help!

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I PURCHASE"

It's always best to ask, so feel free to drop us a message, however all of our items are generally standard fits, so we recommend going for your regular size. Our rule of thumb, is pick your regular size for tees. For hoodies, we have updated the base garment from April 2023, so as standard they're oversized, so expect them to be baggy and hella comfortable. Size charts are available for every item within the photos section of the product. 

"WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?"

On the unlikely event you need to return a product you have purchased from our store, then it must be returned to us in the same condition as received (unworn and unwashed). Full refunds or exchanges will be processed without hassle on review of the items.

FOR RETURNS: 
> Please email contact@daydweller.co.uk and provide your name and order number. A response will be provided within 1 working day.

Please ensure you include either the original packing slip or reference to your order on a note written by yourself. Without your order information, your refund may be delayed.

"DO YOU GUYS HAVE A CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER?"

Not at the moment! The best way of getting a contact is dropping us an email via our 'Contact' form or jumping on our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram pages and messaging us there. We'll always aim to respond asap. 

"HOW DO I GET IN CONTACT ABOUT SELLING YOUR PRODUCTS IN MY STORE / SHOP?"
All wholesale / trade enquiries should be sent via our 'Contact' page. Please include your company name, approx.quantity of products and your business location.
