We have a no quibble returns & exchange process. If you're unhappy with your order, we're unhappy with your order & we'll ensure that its resolved for you quickly 💪🏽
FOR ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Notify us at contact@daydweller.co.uk that you request a return or exchange. Please include your order number, name and the reason for your exchange / refund request.
2. Please complete the returns / exchange form provided below and include the form in your returns parcel. Returns without the below form completed correctly may result in a delay for your returns or exchange.

All returns and exchanges must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us. Anything outside of this period may not be subject to refund or exchange, this also includes with delays via the customers chosen postal service.
All returns must be in an unworn, and sellable condition. Items that are not in this condition may be denied a refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer.
Day Dweller are not liable for any postal returns that are lost in transit. We advise all customers to send via a tracked & signed for service to ensure the parcels safe return.
Returns, once received, will be processed within 3 working days. Exchanges will be processed, and a new order will be raised of which will follow our standard production and despatch times.
